The condo unit is located at the Playa Flamingo Marina Resort at Playa Flamingo Beach.
The two-bedroom and one-bath condo is on the first floor, literally steps from the beach. The frontage beach is great for snorkeling, swimming and enjoying the tidepools.
The condo has air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen is convenient and fully-equipped including refrigerator, four burner stove and a microwave.
If you want to fully relax and forget cooking, Flamingo Marina Resort has a good restaurant serving all meals as well as the Monkey Bar offering cocktails and your favorite drinks.
Renting this condo also entiltles you to the use of all other Flamingo Marina Resort facilities. See "Resort" and "Amenities" pages.

Casa Marguerita
5 bedroom/ 5 1/2 bath Villa nestled in the south bank of beautiful Flamingo Beach, Costa Rica. Only 100 meters from the beach with a view to die for!! The house sleeps 10 people(it can be pushed to 12 for a added fee). Two of the bedrooms have queen beds,two have one queen plus one single and the master has a king size bed. Three of the bedrooms are located under the pool deck and each of these has it's own small refrigerator .
The main house includes the master bedroom,the 4th bedroom,living room,dining area and kitchen. The pool is a nice size with 10 chaises surrounding it. There are two TVs in the house. One big screen in living room and another 26 inch in the master bedroom. Both have DVD players.The house has a full time maid and gardner who live in a small casita on the grounds.
The villa's out door verandas offer comfortable seating, a breakfast table,and a ping pong table . A chef can be hired to come in and cook a special meal for your party and there are many good restaurants in the area to enjoy!! Of course the kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to do their own cooking as well as a large propane grill on the veranda . The maid does the dishes!!
